dotContemporary offers a platform where artists can experiment and release original and distinct art (poetry, pictures etc.) and music through the internet. The label’s primary objective is to create a personal platform on which unique artist can stand out in the multitude. dotContemporary hasn’t got a distinct profile or sound and releases might range from drone music to haiku.
The dotContemporary project is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and is run by Jannick Schou and Mads Fors. The project was founded in 2009. All releases are free and in high-quality.
All work (audio tracks, cover, text, pictures etc.) is licensed under a creative commons license.
